How FLOVI handles personal data during Closed Beta.
1. Data we process
FLOVI processes operator names, emails and authentication data, plus store-customer names, contact details, bookings, visits, passes, payment results and customer requests needed to operate the service. We do not collect card numbers or biometric data.
2. Landing-page inquiries
Beta inquiries may include business type, store name, contact name, email, optional phone, area of interest and an optional message. Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare R2 and automatically expire after 180 days.
3. Roles
For store-customer data, the store is generally expected to act as controller and FLOVI as a service provider/processor. FLOVI directly handles account and service-operation data for its own service.
4. Retention
Operational API status/latency logs are managed for 7 days and privacy-access logs for 370 days. Records subject to statutory retention, such as booking, payment or closeout records, may be retained separately for the required period.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and withdrawal of marketing consent. Records that must be retained by law are handled with the applicable retention basis recorded.
6. Service providers and cross-border processing
FLOVI uses Cloudflare infrastructure including Workers, D1 and R2. Some storage is currently in APAC without a Korea-only location. Processor and cross-border notices will receive final legal review before public launch.
7. Security
FLOVI applies tenant access boundaries, role-based access, protected sessions, separated secrets and access logging for privacy-sensitive operations.
8. Visit analytics
The landing page uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. When the dedicated FLOVI Google Analytics 4 stream is enabled, it may process non-PII events such as page path, browser/device, acquisition source, language, CTA interactions and successful beta inquiries. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, store names and free-text inquiry content are not sent as analytics events. Google Analytics cross-border processing and retention will remain part of the legal review before public launch.
